Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and Casa da Tripa reserves the right to alter the price without prior notice as a result of unforeseen market conditions. However, the effective price is always that at the time of ordering.
Delivery Rates:
UK mainland: free delivery on orders over £75. Orders under £75 will be charged £5.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly: free delivery on orders over £180. Orders under £180 will be charged £18.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders in England and Wales within 2-3 working days. We are proud to say that all orders in Greater London during 2023 were delivered no later than the day after they were placed. The same happened for the remaining destinations in more than 80% of deliveries.
We aim to deliver all orders within Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly within 4 to 6 working days.
Our delivery times are a guide only and are not a guarantee.
We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched by a courier company.
We work with outsourced delivery companies; if the courier makes one attempt to deliver the order, then the parcel is taken to the nearest pickup point for the costumer to collect. The recipient has the option to choose to leave with a neighbour or a safe place if they are not going to be at home.
If the order is not collected from the pickup point, then it will return to us and we reserve the rights to charge the shipping costs again in order to book a new delivery.

Refunds Policy
Any damages to the packaging must be reported within 10 hours and supported with photographic evidence of the damages.
We do not refund, but we will replace the damaged product if it is not the customer’s fault.
