Description
A very traditional Portuguese flavours in a can, this recipe contains beef, potatoes, peas, carrots, tomatoes, onions, wine, starch, olive oil, salt, garlic, sugars, English sauce (contains soy, celery, sulphites), spices, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, sodium citrates).

Preparation
It is recommended to wash the can before opening.
Stove: Open the can and heat it in a bain-marie for 20 minutes.
Microwave: Open the can and heat the contents in a suitable container at 800 W for 3 minutes (approximate time depending on type of microwave).
