]]> Moscatel de Favaios Classic – Douro Fortified Wine 750ml is the moscatel the Adega Cooperativa de Favaios has been producing for the longest time, practically since its founding in 1952.
This fortified wine is vined in the traditional way, with intense skin maceration and aged in wood for approximately three years. Upon tasting, the typical aromas of the Moscatel variety, extremely rich and aromatic, are evident. The flavour is sweet and velvety, reminiscent of honey and fruit jams.
Winemakers: Miguel Ferreira, Filipe Carvalho, and Rodrigo Poço
Suitable for vegans.

]]> The grapes to make this Quinta da Pacheca Reserva Vinhas Velhas were completely destemmed and slightly crushed. After this the must was transferred to the lagares (stone tanks) were the grapes were foot trodden and fermented 10 days. After the malolactic fermentation the wine was racked into new French oak barrels for 12 months.
